3. User Types and Responsibilities

Creators

As a creator, you agree to:

• Provide accurate portfolio and professional information
• Deliver services as agreed with clients
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions
• Own or have rights to all content you upload
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Clients

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide clear project requirements and specifications
• Make timely payments for services rendered
• Treat creators with respect and professionalism
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with booking and cancellation policies

4. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of all content you upload to AFFWORLD. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting our services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By using our payment services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Accept our commission structure (detailed in creator dashboard)
• Understand that payments are subject to Stripe's terms
• Comply with all payment-related policies

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Use automated systems to access our services
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Circumvent fees or commissions

7. Booking and Cancellation

Creators: You are expected to honor confirmed bookings. Cancellations should be made as early as possible with valid reasons.

Clients: Cancellation policies vary by creator and service type. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and creator agreement.

8. Disputes and Resolution

In case of disputes between creators and clients, AFFWORLD may assist in mediation but is not responsible for resolving disputes. Users are encouraged to communicate directly and professionally. Serious violations may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All AFFWORLD branding, logos, designs, and platform features are our intellectual property. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AFFWORLD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or reliability of user-generated content or services exchanged between users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFFWORLD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse of other users or platform
• Non-payment of fees
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
