How does the Escrow Protection system work?
When a brand books a creator, the payment is held in AFFWORLD escrow. It is released to the creator only after the final content is delivered and approved by the brand.
Are there any hidden signup or registration fees?
No. Signing up and listing your profile as a Creator or browsing as a Brand is completely free. We only charge standard transaction commissions on successful bookings, which are reduced or waived entirely on our premium plans.
Can I cancel my VIP or Enterprise subscription anytime?
Yes, all our paid monthly subscriptions have no long-term contracts. You can easily upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your premium subscription directly from your settings dashboard at any time.
How do creators get paid?
Creators link a bank account or Stripe account. Once the brand approves the campaign content, the escrow payment is released and usually arrives within 3-5 business days.
What is the difference between Creator Elite and VIP?
VIP Creator plans offer prominent placement on the marketplace search index, gives you priority invites to agency-hosted campaign briefs, reduces booking commissions to only 10%, and unlocks custom domain integrations.
